I hope everybody is doing good. I am writing to share an important update regarding our highly anticipated Solar NFT sale, originally scheduled for next Friday, May 31, 2024.
As many of you know, we have recently relocated to Switzerland, a country renowned for its robust and transparent regulatory environment. In line with our commitment to uphold the highest standards of compliance and integrity, we have made the decision to postpone the NFT sale until our solar farm is fully operational.
This decision ensures that our NFTs will be classified appropriately, in alignment with Swiss financial regulations and the guidelines of FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority), providing even greater security and confidence to all our supporters.
Here are the key points to note
Solar Farm Construction Timeline: The construction of our solar farm began in week 20 of this year, and the maximum contractual time for completion is 120 days. We are making excellent progress and will keep you updated on milestones reached.
Compliance and Security: By postponing the NFT sale, we ensure that we can offer a compliant and secure token, reinforcing our dedication to transparency and regulatory excellence. This approach safeguards our community and strengthens the long-term viability and credibility of our project.
Ongoing Commitment: We are committed to keeping you informed about the progress of the solar farm and the rescheduled NFT sale date. Additionally, our DApp will be completed, enabling payouts from the outset. Your trust and support are paramount to us, and we believe this decision underscores our dedication to creating a sustainable and legally sound foundation for all our initiatives.
